Personal Concern

Tonight, I watched a showbiz on the television and the content was very touched ...


How and Why ?


The main purpose of that show is to help the students achieve their goals or evan dreams.

Then they took down the process how participants practiced so hard and diligently.

And their strived record recall some scenarios and my memory.

So that`s the issue I wanna talk about, and it`s all about me ... and you.




No matter what we are doing, we always care about things which related to us, right ?

Because the results or processes might get our attentions or influence our life.

And that`s the so-called personal concern.





Selfish is one of our natural instincts, and you couldn`t deny that.

We often not that care when things are not related to us completely.

But we`ll pay attentions on them once their results have influence on us.




So think about ....

How will the employees work when they have no personal concern ?

They might work lazy and without efficiency. Why ?

You all know why ... because that`s non of my business.

Right ?!





People always work only for themselves.

You couldn`t defy the nature law, but you could use it.

Apply it to create a win-win situation and build up a mutual relationship.




How ?



You`ll know when you really care about it.
